Fehr is a very injury prone, very streaky player who is most likely at best a third liner on any team in the NHL(including the Sabres). He gets some top six time here and there but he's just too inconsistent to be relied on for fantasy purposes.
Even if he somehow managed to play all 82 games(which will never happen), don't ever expect anything more than 40 points(which to date, his season high is 39 pts so even that is a stretch). Unless you're in a 20+ team league with huge rosters I'd never consider adding him to my fantasy squad, personally. If it seems like I'm being harsh on Fehr I am, but to be "fair" he's played over 300 NHL games and I'll never be good enough at hockey to make it in the SPHL, let alone the NHL so....
Hope this helps.
