Seeing the 9-spot Hertl & Co. put up against NYR... a little disconcerting.

SJ is not the best offensive team in the league... everyone has a hot game once in a while.
They'll cool off (as will Hertl) just like they did after Marleau scored 8 goals in 4 games to start last season.
Whether you play Luongo or not depends on what the current H2H score is in your weekly matchup's goaltending categories (assuming that format) and who your other goalies are. But generally speaking you should be fairly comfortable playing him.
I accept no responsibility if you start him and he gets lit up though.
I'm definitely nervous lol. Luongo has actually been pretty solid. But San Jose is red hot right now. They've scored 17 goals in 3 games...it's skewed by the 9 goal game the other day but still, 4 goals in each of their two games prior is pretty good.
I'm personally too stubborn to sit goalies. So I'm playing him. I have no idea what to recommend though
nucks suck vs the sharks. and sharks are on fire. i would pass.
The Sharks LOVE the regular season and even moreso the start of it. Didn't they start last season with a bunch of wins in a row, and they looked unbeatable then for a while as well.
Not only that, but the Sharks have outshot their opponents in the first three games by an average of 23 shots!!!! Simply unreal.
Throw in the recent play between these two teams (hint: Sharks have MANGLED the Canucks) and I'd be very concerned with how Luongo might fare between the pipes.
i have luongo in one league and i benched him. however, im way ahead in all categories (cept shutouts) so im not risking it. only start rask vs col instead
