4 Goalies, 2 Spots
8 team league. 2G spots, 3 bench (all skaters).
I was pretty confidant in the forwards I drafted so mid-draft, I decided to hoard goalies. I have 4, for 2 playable spots. (One of the goalie cats is GS, so I'll probably win that.)
Also, I chose 4 because I was set on taking Schneider and Halak, but neither of them are bonafide starters. I think Schneider gets 50/50 and Halak, if he keeps playing like this, is at most 70/30.
Hiller is around 60/40 probably, and Miller is basically 100 minus a few B2B starts given to Enroth.
FYI I'm throwing #s out of my ass that make sense to me.
What do you guys think about my decision to roll with these 4 goalies?
TBH I think I made a mistake taking Miller but I was nervous about all my goalies getting outplayed by the significant other.
Bernier is still a FA in my league, and I wanted to steal him late-round but the way I drafted, I don't think I can get him anymore without dropping someone.
Opinions?
