Luongo would be my first choice.
Keeper pool but I'm in a win now mode....I have an opportunity to move Holtby and grab one of the following on FA:
Halak
Bernier
Bobby Lu
Also available:
Lethonen
Ward
Brobovsky
Is one of them an upgrade?

If you have a spot to take Elliot, I'd go with Halak. Goalies on Ken Hitchcock-coached teams always put up big numbers. I am actually surprised he isn't higher on the Goalie Post list.
10-team Keeper. Everyone keeps 12 + 1 G + 3 "young keepers" (players with less than 164 NHL games played), and 1G. Points for G (2), A (2), PIM (.2), Hit (.2), Blk (.2) SHP(1), W(4), SO(8) Must dress 4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G

G - Murray, Quick, Koskinen, Blackwood, Georgiev

Definitely Luongo. He's the starter, no competition and he's still a star goalie.
I like Holtby longer-term though.
Even if you are in win now mode, I might sit on Holtby (and that low salary) a little bit longer.
If you need to upgrade at G to win it all, there will still be the option to wheel and deal later...
And Loungo's salary is $6.7 this year. You don't have the cap space to pick him up, even if you drop Holtby.
Given your league format (points only + salary cap) I suspect Holtby is a stud. Assuming he can hold onto the starter's role I see him being equal in points to Luongo this year for a much better rate. Also given that it's a keeper he's obviously much younger. If you have the space, both in terms of cap and players, to add the St. Louis tandem (Halak + Elliott) that would be my first priority. If you can only add 1 I'd think the best play is to stand pat with Holtby but keep a close eye on Halak and see if he can steal the true starter's spot in St. Louis.

I'd keep Holtby
In a keeper I'd probably hold onto Holtby.
He's had a rough start, but he did the same last Oct and was amazing the rest of the year.
