10 Teams, I had the 2nd pick. I feel as if I did alright, although I had to pick for a friend on another laptop beside me, while talking to him on the phone so I felt distracted from my own picks at times.

    Picks i like:
Stepan at 99th overall should be really good value especially with shp as a cat
    Voynov: Could be a top 15 D

    don't like:
Ward, not sure you needed him with niemi and rinne. Would have been better to try and get a pim guy with good production ie: backes, simmonds, hartnell.
Marleau probably taken a bit to early
Streit may have been a bit early, was OEL,Yandle,Campbell,Edler still availiable?

I might drop perron for ott(also sneaky for shp) if you want to shore up pims

Campbell, OEL, and Boyle all went right after.. I don't know.. Yahoo had him so high ranked.. I just went for it, thought maybe I was missing something..

As far as SHP and PIM combos wouldn't Burrows, or Dubinsky be a more viable option?

I think I'll probably drop Perron for one of those 2 or Clowe, as I don't think he'll provide enough offence to off set the difference in PIM's I'll need to stay in contention that those others would provide.

EDIT: Looking deeper Ott may actually be the best option.. I could always try to work a trade for one of : Clarkson, Perry, E. Kane, or Simmonds.. They seem to all be good PIM to scoring people. Then again the SHP that Ott provides might make him a really good pick in a pool like mine. 2 birds I need with 1 stone.

Due to unfavourable circumstances while drafting, I was very distracted and was helping someone else who had the 1st pick over the phone, while I had the pick right after. ALSO the picks were limited to 30 seconds so.. it was a scramble..

Right after the draft I hated my team. However after looking a bit deeper I don't hate it as much, the names aren't as big as some of the other teams names but I feel there's a lot of producers.

I'm the two year running champion in a league we've had going for two years, and this is the draft I'm certainly the least happy with..

I'm just bumping to see if you guys think I have a shot in hell.. Also I have someone in my league shopping Phanuef, and Simmonds who I may try to make a move on. Also thinking about targeting Perry for his PIMS and production.

LASTLY the question marks for me in the draft are Staal, Streit, Moulson, and perhaps maybe my D in general however I feel the D might not be what wins or loses the league this year with 6 forward spots and a utility spot.

    Plus my goalies are sick.

THANKS GUYS!! Please help me feel better, or make it clear that if I want to continue my streak serious changes are in order.
