Thomas or Bishop
My goalies are weak: Ward, Varlamov, Markstrom.
Categories are W, Save %, GAA
I am in the last round of my draft and both Thomas and Bishop are available. Thomas seems to be more of a sure bet to have more starts though the team will be bad. Bishops # of starts are to be determined, though I think the team will be better than FLA and I think he will beat our Lindback. I think Bishop is higher risk higher reward.

Thomas wanted a starting gig. I do not think he would have signed if he was not the main man in Florida. The Panthers, despite their disappointing records, have had a very balanced team in the previous seasons. I think a solid netminder like Thomas (don't expect Vezina numbers though) could help them win more games this year. I think his extra games played in contrast to Bishop's will be the difference maker here. Plus, you will handcuff Markstrom so it's a safer move for you IMO.

Thomas for me here. In 2-3 years Bishop would be my choice as Tampa will be a better team by then. Thomas is the type of goalie who will put up good stats even if he is playing on a bad team. Thomas will also steal 5-6 games for the Panthers where I dont think you can say the same about Bishop.
