Williams has been surprisingly effective (albeit unspectacular) in the first two games. Boldin has one monster game, and one donut. Not facing Sherman and Seattle this week should help, but I still generally prefer to start a RB in the flex if a viable option exists, especially in non-PPR. Still, Boldin is really tempting and Williams isn't a consistent TD threat.
To the extent it matters, the rest of my starting roster for the week is as follows:
QB: P. Manning
RB1: AP
RB2: Lamar Miller
WR1: B. Marshall
WR2: Julio
TE: Cameron
DST: Vikings
What say you guys -- Williams or Boldin in the flex spot?
Cheers.
Williams. Newton has not been slinging it well, and they'll need to run to slow down the Giants who have the #1 passing offense. NYG surely can't run the ball and that is CAR's strength on defense, so they'll do what they have done to date... pass. Car's passing game is lost. If they have a shot, it's through the run. And as you state, Williams has been effective.
