Default Carter or Richards for 2nd Rounder

I've been offered either or for a 2nd round pick. I finished bottom 4 least year so I'm guaranteed top for pick this year. I also have 2 second round picks, mine plus a team who's drafting 10th...should I go for it?

I'm thinking Carter over Richards. My keepers are Eberle, Benn, Saad, Schultz, Subban and Quick. Would give up Saad.

    Opinions?

This fully determines the value of the trade. Personally, if it is a keep six I think I would rather keep the pick.

I would decline. Worst case you can draft one of them in the second round, best case someone better will be there. No deal.

I'd keep the pick for sure. You can easily grab a player like Carter or Richards (or better) in the second round in a league in which you only keep 6 players. Don't do it.

Agreed, I countered with a fourth but don't think he'll agree. But if he's dropping both anyway, might as well grab a pick for it.
