Yeah I was wondering the same thing. Because I am new to Dobbernomics or any precursor, I am just not sure how much discussion there will be over a season.
I was just wondering where the appropriate spot to post about Dobbernomics would be on these forums?
Would it be possible to create a section on the forum, or should we just use the free challenges section? I know there is a forum on the site itself but it would be useful to be able to talk about it on here sometimes as well, as with every other dobbersport.
No rush, I love the game and know you have important things to work on still.

Yes, I'm seriously thinking of adding a Dobbernomics section. How do you guys feel? Weigh in everyone!

Well from a marketing perspective I would think a forum for Dobbernomics would keep it front and center with the forum members. I personally think it would get more use than the forum on the site when it comes to strategy discussions and player evaluations.
On the other hand, other areas of the DH forums certainly supply lots of player evaluation information so perhaps it will be a little redundant.
Personally, I am keen to chat in forum about Dobbernomics and would be active for a while as I get my curiosity salved, at the very least.

Does it need an entire subsection (ala Baseball or Football) or just a single section (ala Basketball chat)?
I'm thinking the latter to start. If the demand is there for a full blown section, then by all means.
Thoughts?
Start with a single section and expand if necessary.

the game itself has its own forum but a sub-forum here would really help it gain more exposure .
the more people join , the better affect it has on the market end of the game .
on a sidenote , I did a quick search for Mackinnon and Niederreiter and noted they werent in the database .
I suspect the player database still needs work.
I cant wait to start using the terms moneytrain and lemmings
moneytrain = a player who you damn well know will be a bargain right from the get go and you ride his $$ increase while the lemmings (people late to catch the train)continue to aid in $$ increase.

I don't think any of this year's draft class are in the database, Butch - so yeah be nice to get that updated soon. Ramo isn't there either
