    Removing the ball is an obvious farce, but removing the score is an absolute legit debate that's happening. It's pretty nuts. Do they think that kids don't know how to count? Asinine.
    And furthermore, teaching kids to be a good loser is a skill that has application throughout life.

    They're also going to take math out of math class... then ban smart phones from the field et le voila: mystery score!

    Actually I don't much mind the 'not keeping score' as it happens in friendly pick-up games anyway.

    The one that really bugs me is a few years back one Ontario kids league decided that if you went up by more than 7 you forfeited the game. There's all kinds of wrong in that sentiment. If you are going to keep track of goals then it is mindblowingly daft to punish a team for scoring them.
