I hope you are right, because he seems like a decent person, and there is a nice underdog story to go with this. That said, I'd have to be in a really, really deep fantasy pool before rolling the dice on him.
Silfverberg because of pedigree and opportunity. Conacher is a skilled player but I am afraid he is more of a tweener that if given an opportunity with skilled players can put up ok points but the spot in the roster would be better for a younger prospect with upside.
For example on Ottawa I see JGP as a better choice for an offensive role...well at least the opportunity.
