I wouldn't do it.
Martin should be a top 5 back this year. Romo is solid and Vick could have some huge weeks. The distance between Brady and Romo does not offset Martin over Gore. Decline. Good luck
I just got offered Tom Brady and Frank Gore for my Doug Martin and Tony Romo.
It's a keep 3 keeper league. My current keepers are Foster, Martin, and Graham.
Starting lineup:
QB-Vick/Romo
RB-Foster
RB-Martin
WR-Nicks
WR-Jennings
WR-Shorts
TE-Graham
FLEX-Mathews
So, I know Brady is such a proven stud but do you guys think the upgrade at QB from Vick/Romo to Brady is worth the downgrade of Martin to Gore? I'm currently leaning towards not doing this deal but am a bit on the fence

Nope wouldn't do it either. Martin is a beast last year and Brady's best days (numbers wise) are behind him. Stick with that solid core of keepers you already have and go with it. If you only keep 3 I can't see many teams keeping QBs anyway so there should be a lot available every year.
I concur with the others: I'd reject that offer.
I'm generally not a huge Romo supporter, but he's a pretty solid fantasy QB and I really like that you have him supported with Vick as your #2 (he's looked great in Chip Kelly's offense and has huge upside, as you know). Meanwhile, Gore has no keeper value and while I still like him as a seasonal play, Kaepernick likely steals some of the goal line bunnies. Further, given the wear and tear that Foster is starting to show, I'd be clinging pretty tightly to Martin since I hate being without a stud keeper at the RB position if I can possibly avoid it.

Not even close. Martin is the clear number 2 overall pick this season. You can get a QB deal somewhere else.
