Here's my current roster. I have tried to acquire Wilson and Stafford...but no one would accept Eli and Decker/Hicks for them.

Will I be fine rolling with Eli or am I going to have to give up something substantial to acquire a better QB?

You've done a good job and have put yourself in position to contend.

QB- While Eli might be the worst starting QB going into the season, if he gets back to where he was 2 years ago, he'll be top 10.
RB- With Foster/Richardson/Ridley I imagine you have the best trio in the league. Obviously, health will be key but it would not be surprising if all 3 all are top 10 at the end of the year. With Pierce and Hillman you have excellent sleepers.
WR- You have 3 #2 WRs but not a #1. If Hicks is healthy, no one would be surprised if he is a top 10 receiver. Hopkins and Floyd are good sleepers and Moore is solid.
TE- Graham- best in the league. Great trade

If a couple things go your way, you should contend for a title. On the other hand if Foster, Richardson, Hicks, and Garcon battle injuries, you might finish towards the bottom of the standing. But overall, I like this team much more than what you first posted. Well done.
