I would offer Eberle and your top pick for Lundqvist and his last pick. Eberle loses some value in your format as he is pretty much a non contributor outside of points and PPP. If he doesn't accept that I would offer up Getzlaf. Center is an easier position to fill and Getzlaf's value is a bit too high right now. With a keep 13 I wouldn't be too worried about the 5th round pick. Not much value there.
As an aside, I'm not sure you need Lundqvist, in a 10 team league there should be plenty of solid 1B goalies available to round out your tenders. You already have two top 5 goalies so adding a third seems like a huge luxury.

I would trade Ribeiro + pick for Lundqvist. Ribeiro has very limited value in this format, he's such an assist-heavy guy with low G / SOG totals, but maybe the recent trade and name recognition will sway the GM. Then I'd trade Rinne or Price for major return.

Id start at Rinnie and the 15th. Depending on how badly you want Lundqvist, you could always add Ribeiro or bump it up to the 12th pick.
I think Rinne is being seriously undervalued here. He's a better tender than Price. Even las year which is the year everyone is devaluing him for he was as good as price or better.
Rinne > Price.
