DITTO... any remote chance of "good basketball" went out the window the minute Westbrook got injured.

The NBA lost me as a fan a while ago when it devolved into a 4 team league with 26 "fillers".

What do you mean, devolved? It's always been like that. And the Spurs play better basketball than the Thunder do. I think the Thunder solved the Spurs and would probably have beaten them had they been at full strength but this Spurs team is a tougher matchup for the Heat and will produce more competitive basketball games.

    In any case, Go Spurs!
Agreed. I'll tune in if it gets to games where the Heat could lose the series. It's hard for me to watch Wade's antics and all the other flopping and histrionics going on. Go Spurs!

The one part of his game I truly respect. His passing skills are phenomenal.

The Refs are embarrassing themselves in this game and pretty clear don't want San Antonio winning tonight. I think there were 4-5 points in the 2nd and 3rd quarters where the commentators were surprised by the call, which favored Miami every time. Lebron looks like he has the flu or something, seems to be off but his supporting cast is kicking in. Anyone else watching now?

Maybe the sickest block I've ever seen. That trophy collection photo from earlier in this thread will be getting two trophy's closer in about 4 more games, I suspect.

So who wants to give me the skinny on last night's trouncing by the Spurs? I chose to watch the Jays game instead.

Who cares which team they cheer for? Aren't you watching the Jays for baseball purposes?

Years ago on yahoo fantasy basketball he was considered a top 24 pick and had positional eligibility for all 5 positions.

Was that while he was playing with Nash in Phoenix? Cuz I would believe it. Nash made a lot of players better during his time in Arizona.

Wow...it's a block party in San Antonio right now.

Yip in 05/06. He wasn't an effect of Nash necessarily, perhaps D'Antoni. Dude is a baller. Check out his wiki:

Don't underrate the effect Diaw and Diaw's boobs can have on a game, he's a really, really smart player. Even without the ball he can make other guys better because he understands the effect that spacing and screening can have on the defense.
