Id stick w/ the best player on the table: Voracek and his friendly cap hit for several years in comparison to other 1st line wingers. He should continue evolving next year. Id take Forsberg over those other prospects and/or 7th overall.
I have my opionon on a trade offer and I wanted to hear back from you guys on it. Team in Sig.

Overall that seems like very fair value for both sides. Win-win deal.
Personally I think I'd prefer the Bishop side. I'm really high on Bjugstad. That kid is going to be a stud. Bishop/Lindback would give you nice goaltending options. Shore, (Diaz) and 7th overall are just icing on the cake.
Voracek is the best skater in the deal and has really good upside but I'm not expecting him to become 70+ point star forward so that weights in my opinion a lot.

I like both sides but you also have to look at the fact that you will be dropping 2 guys to accommodate this deal.
Once you take that into consideration then your outlook on this trade offer may change.
I admit that I am not a big fan of cap leagues so I haven't looked at how this could benefit/hinder you either.

how many can you keep?
i think voracek is more valuable in a points only pool. i guess i'd be looking for something other than bishop coming back - with neurvith, lindback and khudobin (ramo as well) already on your bench, do you really need another goalie?
you are giving up the most proven player (i'm not convinced he's the best player in a keeper).
i'd look to tweak the deal, but i'd be interested

What I like: cap relief. With Perry signing that massive contract you're team salary went up quite a bit on just one player. I like the two young prospects and draft pick involved. I like that you get a half decent Dman as yours are simply atrocious.
What I dislike: Trading the best player far and away. I could have put that I like you acquiring Bishop as well but I really think that you're fine with the G's you have rostered already. If you're moving a very good talent like Voracek you need to upgrade D. You're also moving the best prospect in the deal in my estimation (perhaps the 7th overall pick will be better...).
Overall, no deal for me. Keep what you have. Look to move J. Staal and his bigger cap hit for a solid D in return.

Way too many unproven prospects coming back your way. It will take years for these guys to even sniff Voracek's ass.
Voracek is heads and shoulders above all of them and Forsberg has potential too. Keep what you have.
Best player is Voracek.
To much uncertainty with Bishop's value and also the prospects. They could pan out just fine. You want to take that risk? I would not.
Keep the best player in this trade scenario.
If your not blowing it up, stick with Voracek. Best player wins the deal, and Voracek is the best for the next few years. Lots of potential on the otherside, but not enough for me to part with Voracek.

I'd stick with Voracek and Forsberg. With them you've got both tremendous current production and future potential. Nothing to add beyond what's already been said.
As someone else said, too many uncertain players going your way. Looking at your team, you could definitely use a goalie, but I'm not sure I'd gamble on Bishop, despite how good he looked in Ottawa. Tampa is a completely different system, and I can't help but recall how good Lindback looked in Nashville prior to going to Tampa. I'm not saying that Bishop isn't worth it, but I'd not give up a player like Voracek.
