Isles are taking it to'em hard...

Even though I have 2 Pens in my pool I can't help but find myself rooting for the Isles. Gotta love an underdog!

Big win for the Pens. Wasn't pretty but only the win matters.

That was a shitty call from the Refs... Crosby is probably the strongest player in the league on his legs... I didn't buy that fall.

Ridiculous that these playoff games are being decided on soft calls like that.

Yeah tough loss for the Isles but by now they've gotta feel pretty confident they can stand their own against the Pens, something most didn't think was possibly. I wouldn't bet on the Pens to win the next game.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

Par for the course. So is the refs just looking for an excuse to give the Pens a PP. It's pathetic.

I am surprised by some of the reactions here. Do people enjoy it when the refs call everything in the regular season, and then put the whistles away in the playoffs and in overtime? Personally, I would prefer if they called everything that is a penalty, regardless of who's winning and how much time is remaining in the game. I would prefer if they were consistent, always.

If you don't want the game decided on a powerplay in overtime, don't do anything that you will be called on.

he's also an incredibly fierce competitor and loves to win...I only saw one replay of it but it looked like he was being held but if he could shrug the hold off he had a free shot at the net...you think he'd dive trying to draw a penalty instead of burying it?
