Could see this go either way. I'm hoping for the Sens upset, but I've learned not to underestimate Montreal in the post-season. I voted for Habs in 7 but I could see Anderson stealing this series and making it a short one in the process.
    Without me, it's only "aweso".

There not much to pick between the two. MTL has the great PP. OTT has the leagues best PK unit. Both teams are solid possession clubs. Both play similar styles of games. It's hard not to think this boils down to goaltending and, at least right now, this is lopsided in favor of OTT.

Give me the SENS in 6.
    10 Team [keep 10 + 4 prospects]

This will be a great series. As a Habs fan, I've learnt to respect the Sens over the last two years. They get the most out of their players and have amazing resilience.

I'm a homer so I'll pick the Habs but this series can go either way. The Habs could win in 4 or 7 and same goes for the Sens.

Of the bottom four teams, the Sens were the team that worried me the most. I still think that the Habs wil win it, but it will be a tough series. Price will need to play like he is capable of, otherwise that won't be long one.

I agree that the Sens, out of the bottom four, is probably the most playoff-ready team (with the Rangers). They play such a solid team game that they can win even when outplayed. That's kind of scary.

They could be the 2010 Habs riding their hot goalie to great upsets.

They might just be the worst division winner I've ever seen. But I am confident their good luck can't last forever.
Any argument supporting that comment? It's easy to say stuff like this without backing it up.

Far from me to think the Habs are particularly special but I don't have to go back far to find a worst division champ (Panthers, 2012).

While I do agree the 2012 Panthers were a worse division champion than the 2013 Habs; I can understand completely where eyemissgilmour is coming from.

The final two weeks of the Northeast battle was pathetic with the Bruins and Canadiens consistently trying to pass each other the division crown. I assume this was because they would both rather face the Leafs in the first round and were trying to compete for that #4 spot though.

Karlsson will get injured again, Price will stand on his head, Anderson won't be able to do it alone.

The Montreal Canadiens in five games.

I like OTT in 6 but do I ever hate that they will draw PIT round 2. Makes me leery of grabbing any of them for playoff pools. I'd rather gamble on late Tavy/Moulson then risk anyone from OTT.

I just dropped $50 on the Sens against a friend who's a huge Habs fan.

I should've gotten favourable odds on it given the seeds but I gave him 1:1.
