NHL 13 (XBOX)- Any HUT players here?
Just curious if any of you guys play HUT.
Probably my favourite game mode, GT- MacAttack362 and team name is HockeyTown1.

How does this game mode work out of curiosity. I'm too lazy to watch the tutorials lol.
Basically you build your team from scratch and if you commit to it, its pretty easy to earn pucks and buy players. I only buy packs from the EA store once in a while (during happy hour where you get two times the chance at great players). Your team is made up of player cards, you will start with a horrible team but as you earn pucks your team will improve. You play the markets, buy players for less and sell them for more. You can trade too, just be careful about scammers.
There's a huge contract glitch that I can explain to you, so you never have to buy contracts.
You play in tournaments and playoffs, earn trophies. Lots of fun.

I'd be interested in the contract glitch for sure. Racked up a powerhouse team for my son over time now, and knew something about the contracts but wasn't sure how.

Very easy, when you're about to play a game and the message on the screen says "the contract has expired for the player on offense or defense line x."
All you have to do is find that player on your roster, quickly swap him with your collection and quickly swap back. As you're putting the better player back in, hit start really quick.
It can be tedious, but well worth it.

I play, but not in the sense of actually "playing". Meaning, I don't actually play games. I only go on HUT to snipe the market.
I actually got a Taylor Hall today for 100 pucks, lol.
