I live in Philly, and listen to a lot of the columnists and radio guys. The common opinion is that Halladay is done. His arm angle has dropped, his velocity is down, etc ... but most telling is that his psyche is apparently crushed. The way he's been talking seem to indicate he knows he's done, as well.
I wouldn't trade a top asset for him...
