Agreed. Not even close to veto.
Don't veto it.
Guys can make bad trades. The only time I veto is if it's collusion or if the trade is so lopsided that it throws off the competitive balance of the league.

If it isn't collusion, it isn't vetoable. It does look a little weighted but without the total team context it is hard to surmise what is going down - things like: the guy trading for Backstrom frees up a roster slot - does he have Malkin ready to return say? Does he have Neal, Kunitz and Kovalchuk at LW and need a C? What's the other guys goaltending like? Is he tired of Duck goalies splitting starts and want a full timer in the other Backstrom?
So many factors - personally I think league vetoes are a curse on fantasy hockey - if the Commish can't properly oversee trades then it might be time to look for another league.
