Time to drop vrbata?
Have him in a 14 team league. Doing me no good on my. Bench. Have steen and green on ir so can't use him there.
Fill pula. Horton. Available in FA
Should I ditch him or ride him out for some quick recovery after fracture diagnosis came out?
If you need assists and Vrbata is burning a spot on your bench then I would have no trouble dropping him for Filppula. He's been underwhelming to say the least this year but he is the heavy assist guy of the three options.

I'd have Vrbata on IR, and drop Steen.
Also choose Filppula over Horton.
I'd take Filpulla over Vrbata but I think he is hurt as well...

Day after fill clears and I have a waivers ripping vrbata

Don't do it yet, Steen sounds really close. I would activate Steen and move Vrbata to IR
