Evgeni Malkin (upper body) and Kris Letang (lower body) will not play Tuesday against the Washington Capitals.
Malkin hasn't played since March 9 with what is believed to be a shoulder injury. There's no timetable for his return, which can also be said for Letang. The puck-moving defenseman aggravated an earlier injury during Sunday's game against Boston and it's unclear how serious the ailment is. We'll update you as soon as we know more.
