Benn for Eberle/Carter

Hi folks,

I'm being offered Eberle/Carter for Benn. The offer seems really tempting mainly because my RW (Iginla/Backes/Callahan) aren't doing too well. I'm seeking some input on whether or not I would benefit from this trade.

I am going to assume you roster Benn as a centre. Can you show your entire roster to see how strong your centres are. If this was a multi-cat type of setup that rewards hits, your RW would be pretty strong. Backes and Cally really arent big scorers anyways (60-65pt at best) and yes Iggy hasnt had a strong start.

If you make this deal, whats your plan for having 4 RW seeing as you arent moving one out.

What exactly is your league setup like? Do you start a certain number of players at each position?

A little more info would certainly help.

Carter has almost no value in an 8 man points only league unless you have exceptionally large rosters... Benn > Eberle, so I'd stick with what you have.

You should really show us your roster though and some other FAs though - you can probably find something better on the WW than Backes and Callahan based on the number of teams in the league and also the scoring settings, depending on how many roster spots per team.
