Agreed with the above on maxpac. He's a beauty. Enough said above.
I would take Gally over Tarasenko though. They're both fantastic options and you've got a good problem on your hands, but I just happen to like his game more. He's consistent(be it short sample size) and I think he'll eventually find his way to centering maxpac full time and I love the idea of having both of them. His game is mature beyond his years and he'll only get better. It won't surprise me if he ends up being the player to come out of last years draft.
I also like his situation better in Montreal than I do Tarasenko in St. Louis for he immediate future anyway.
But again, you can go wrong either way.
