Giroux, Quick for Backstrom, Fasth +
I am thinking of offering:
Schneider, Fasth, Landeskog, Backstrom(wash) for Giroux & Quick.
The other G/M is looking for goal upgrade (he has Luongo) and would consider moving Giroux if he can get a similar player & an upgrade elsewhere which Landy would be.
Am I giving up too much

Giroux & Quick are the best players in the deal, adding the fact that you only keep 6 players makes this an easy win for you. So no youre not giving to much.

If the other GM wants a goal upgrade then I don't see him giving up Quick. Plus he'd have to drop two players. Don't see it happening.
Give it a shot, you'll be a clear winner if Quick turns around in the second half of the year.
