Taylor Hall just destroyed his knee.....had to be helped off, could not put any weight on leg.

Disturbing knee on knee hit, although I don't think it was intentional by Hall.

He just got obliterated by a Brian Marchment type hit by Taylor Hall. He can't put any weight on the leg. Probably not any fantasy relevance but he's a huge part of the Wild team and the type of game he brings is invaluable.

It was like a hip on hip check. Totally unnecessary and he stuck it out. I love the Oil but that hit was BS.

I'm no doctor, but I was watcing the game...saw the hit...he has to be done.

He could barely make it off the ice....they called the stretcher once he got off as he could put no weight on it. His face looked like he was going to pass out.

He's a tough kid, but I can't imagine anything other than him being done for the season...it was that bad.

No fantasy relevance?? When you own Clutterbuck in two salary H2H leagues like I do, he is good bang for the 'buck' and will be missed. The funny thing is my one H2H opponent this week has Hall... with Hall's 15PIMs he just robbed me the lead in that category while knocking Clutterbuck possibly out for long term.

And THAT....is why I hate PIM as a category in H2H.

lol..I knew someone would be in some league where he would be decent and would take exception to that. My bad. He does have value in a lot of non standard leagues.

Looked pretty dirty to me. Down a couple goals late in the game and you go after the guy that's always under peoples' skin. Didn't have the puck and leaned into his leg... intent to injure if you ask me. Which you probably didn't, but too bad.

Yeah, Hall owners may want to consider sitting him this week...I believe he has a phone hearing later today....I'd bet a minimum of 2 games.

Well, I called the suspension right....2 games. I'm not sure it's just a thigh contusion though.

Cal Clutterbuck has a thigh contusion, but he'll need further tests to determine if that's the full extent of the damage.
Clutterbuck was hurt by a Taylor Hall hit during Thursday's game. He was seen using crutches on Friday and has already been ruled out for Saturday's contest. Consider him day-to-day for now, but this might turn out to be a serious injury.

Cal Clutterbuck isn't sure how long he'll be out with a thigh contusion.
Clutterbuck sustained the injury when he was hit by Taylor Hall during Thursday's game. "These things are so unpredictable," Clutterbuck said. "I've had a couple that seemed really bad and they cleared up quickly, and I have had some that seemed not so bad and have lingered a long time. I'm going to take it day to day." Clutterbuck still needs to be evaluated further to make sure he doesn't have anything in addition to the thigh injury.
