Agreed. The longer she screws around on the other side of the world, the more powerful she becomes.

And as far as the Theon torture, it was the same way in the books. It went on and on and on... I am pretty sure Martin does it like this on purpose to illustrate just how badly broken he is now...

Tonight's episode was great. Sadly, only two left. Next week is a week off.

I did not expect the Tyrion/Sansa marriage to happen that fast, but that entire scene was great. Tyrion is a boss. I wonder if we'll see the other marriages next episode.

I enjoyed the Dany scenes again. She has more people in her army, the second sons.

The end was pretty awesome. What were the crows on the tree symbolizing though? We learned something major when we saw that the dagger Sam had with him can kill a White Walker. I don't know what that dagger is called, but it makes sense now why we seen them burried by the first men. They must have used those to kill the Walkers.

    Pretty epic end tonight.

I'm sad there are only two episodes left. The hour always flies by it feels. I expect the final two episodes to be groundbreaking good.

You know what the best way to keep me engaged is? Danaerys ****. We've been waiting two years for another glimpse of those and I was beginning to think we'd seen the last of them. Not so!

Which book is the Theon torture in? I am reading book three and haven't come across it? I didn't read two or one though.

edit: sorry I didn't know this was TV show discussion only.

Great episode overall. Jamie has definitely turned into a likable character and a decent human being. Dany is getting better and better but I don't understand how her new emancipation campaign is going to get her to Westeros. I can only assume she ends up building a new Dothraki-type horde. Theon... sweet jesus just kill him already. Jon is in for a rude awakening once he sees Winterfell but I thought they (the wildlings/Ygritte) kept saying something about attacking Castle Black, which is already behind them. Confused about that one.
Jon's group is just the scout group, The Wildlings have a huge mass of people under the King beyond the wall.

Episode 309 is in the books...

I don't even know where to begin. That was the most insane ending to any Game of Thrones by far. WOW. I am completely shocked.

Robb, his wife, his mother.... all dead. I did NOT expect that. Unreal and unpredictable. I'm pissed!!! I get the feeling the Starks will not forget this night. Whether it be Bran or Rickon, vengence will be had one day.

That being said, I don't even want to talk about anything else that occurred this episode. The finale is going to be insane next week.

I've heard people mention that before. I had no idea what it meant, but now I understand...

I can't wait to see the aftermath of this starting with the finale next week...

As well as all the kids. Who's going to look after Arya? Bran and Rickon? No mother. No father. No older brother. Any relatives at all? Snow has to come back and leave the already dismantled Watch.
