To clarify, I mean like this season though and by fall I mean death. Of course everything goes to shit, it's Westeros but I really think the clock is ticking for Robb because something mind-****y has to happen by the end of this season and no Joffrey's rapidly advancing sadism was not mind-****y, in fact, I found it to be rather predictable (which kind of throws my whole Robb is gonna die thus mind-****ing us prediction into a bit of a logical bind but whatever). As soon as Littlefinger starts in about finding someone who had advanced tastes, or whatever he said, I was thinking so he gave her to Joffrey to kill that's fun. And then of course he had her strung up like a murder scene from Dexter. Question, can we get a crossover episode where Dexter comes and murders all the people we hate on GoT or would he just go way too vigilante and kill EVERYONE since you know no one in Westeros is innocent not even Jon Snow and his magical tongue, hell, not even Padraig!

Okay, I've rambled enough. Robb = dead, soon time.

My random guesses at to where this season will finish up...

Jon Snow and the Wildlings open up the gates and attack the north.

Rob Stark, on the doorstep of Casterly Rock and ready to sack the city has to retreat to the north to defend his homeland against Mance Rayder and/or the Others.

We learn who it is that is torturing Theon and why. We continue to cheer for rape and death.

Dany needs ships, she attacks the free cities in order to commandeer them but runs into more trouble than she expected. Does not make it Westeros.

Gendry is sacrificed by Melisandre, spawning more spooky-vision assassins. Stannis still doesn't understand whats going on and continues looks around, serious and confused.

Sansa's gaydar continues to be broken. Finally leaves the city with Littlefinger who uses her as leverage to strike some sort of deal with the Starks.

Arya and the brotherhood run into Bran and Jojen. Family reunion does not go well.

Joffrey continues to feed his bloodlust. People start turning up dead. He starts torturing and executing locals publicly. People fear a new mad king.

Jamie finds his way home, Tywin rips him a new one for not having a hand.

A great episode! I really enjoyed tonight's ep. Only three left this season.

Jamie has really grown on me this season. He was one of those characters I disliked early in the show, but he's been great this entire season. Example: there's no way Jamie from season 1 or 2 goes back and saves Brienne. The end of the episode was epic.

Anyone hear what Robb said? Is he NOT marrying a Frey girl now and someone else is? I know he and his uncle were supposed to. Jamie mentioned something to Lord Boulton about Robb's uncles wedding... Robb also found out about his wife is pregnant.

I feel bad for Theon. I can't see how this story ends well for him.

Haven't finished the episode yet but so far one of my favorite things to think about is how the show is so much better because not everyone knows exactly what is going on across the kingdom/sea. Like seriously....Jon Snow's speech to Ygritte was great....but he doesnt know Bran is gone, Winterfell has fallen and the Greyjoy's have rebelled.

He broke the original promise to marry one of Frey's daughters and now his uncle is. They were just referring to the fact that Frey went from having his daughter marry a king (Robb) to a lesser noble (Edmure), but still better than they've ever married up in the past.

Great episode overall. Jamie has definitely turned into a likable character and a decent human being. Dany is getting better and better but I don't understand how her new emancipation campaign is going to get her to Westeros. I can only assume she ends up building a new Dothraki-type horde. Theon... sweet jesus just kill him already. Jon is in for a rude awakening once he sees Winterfell but I thought they (the wildlings/Ygritte) kept saying something about attacking Castle Black, which is already behind them. Confused about that one.

She does have dragons and 8000 Unsullied but I think a bigger army is needed to overtake Westeros. Plus....her dragons are not even close to being fully grown so why not build an army while they do.

I believe the Wildings are just scouting at this point.

Good episode, but not enough happened for my liking. Loved the scene with Dany and the dragons (the CGI people have done a fantastic job on the dragons, the level of realism is very impressive) however I fear she might be in for a surprise from those "powerful friends". Theon's story is getting infuriating.... either kill the bastard or move the story forward a bit this one scene of torture crap week after week is tiresome. I want to see more of Bran's story as I feel like he will become a major player going forward. Im starting to agree with MD26 about Robb and the prediction that something is going to happen to him soon. His story isnt really moving that much and all the lovey dovey stuff this episode probably serves as a harbinger of things to come. The scene in the throne room with Tywin and Joffrey was awesome, great job of letting that little bastard know who is the boss without Tywin having to actually come out and say it. Jamie is definitely growing on me and his rebuke of the maester when he asked how many people Jamie has saved? "about 500,000 the population of King's landing" was great. Im thinking these last 3 episodes are going to be an absolute whirlwind.

I agree that the seduction torture was pretty creative and visually quite stimulating - you don't even see landing strips that immaculate in porn - but my good god, is the point of this storyline to torture us along with Theon? Get to the point already! Apparently the showrunners just really like Alfie Allen, which is why they included the story into this season but I just feel like they are wasting valuable screen time on him when they could be using it to develop other stories in vaster detail.

Like, Tyrion was the star of last season, now we are lucky to get one scene with him per week. Gimme a break.

And I still love this show but between the cripple and his psychic twin or whatever the hell is going on there and the endless torture of us and Theon, I'm losing my mind. That's like 10 minutes an episode they are completely wasting and losing me for because I just don't care.

This past ep was solid. My only gripe is that they have seemingly pulled completely away from the White Walkers.

I stick by my theory that I think Theon should have had one episode entirely to himself to cover his story. It could have been episode 6 or 7 and it would have been a long enough wait for the audience to see him that I think it would have been more a shocker that he was still alive...and that shock would have kept the interest going for the episode.

Or they could have killed him off. Or they could have waited to do this story. Or they could have shown us a much abbreviated version of these events. Or they could have gone with your idea... Or, or, or!!! God this storyline pisses me off, mostly because the rest of them are ****ing fantastic.

And yeah, I'm with One87, they gotta get back to the white walkers already or at least give us a glimpse of what happened after the mutiny at Craster's Keep. I mean, for an enemy as fearsome as the white walkers they don't seem to be showing us a whole lot of them. They prefer to let people tell stories about them for some strange reason (but actually likely because it's way cheaper). I thought this season was going to be all about the white walkers and maybe that ends up being the final battle or what have you but they haven't done a great job of building towards it.

I don't envy the job of the showrunners though. So many characters and so many stories to balance at once. It just seems like they've discarded the white walkers thing the way Tywin is ignoring Danaerys and her dragons.

Ep 4 gave me a major iron throner, but it is slowly becoming flaccid. Hopefully the rest of the season gives me a raging iron throner.
