Who are you trading for either of them? Michalek played great with Spezza, but hasn't looked the same since he's been injured. JvR is finally getting top minutes and I think he'll outscore Michalek this year. +/- hurts a little, but I'd prefer JvR.

Elliott, Jack Johnson & N. Backstrom for M. Smith, JVR, & M Carle.

I am REALLY hurting in goaltending categories.
