If you're looking long-term, Barrie arguably has the best offensive ceiling here. It is admittedly high risk, high reward however. I don't think Carlson or Josi will get the same potential chances to create offense on the PP. Barrie has amazing vision and hands, plus Colorado really doesn't have a top scoring dman. E.J. has thus far failed.
But if you're only talking about this year, Josi and Carlson are both better options.
