Man, I don't think it's a bad trade by any means, but I'd rather stick with what you have. If peripheral stats counted for goalies then it would be closer, but with cumualative points I think I'd rather own Fleury until Price has a better team in front of him. I stick in this situation.

I think MAF loses a few starts to Vokoun, and Price is going to have a better team in front of him, so there getting closer, but still edge to MAF.
Maybe see if you could leave the goalies out of the trade?
Also, I think you'd probably be losing out on this trade but its for fun and sometimes you gotta go with your heart and show your loyalty. If you have a grin ear-to-ear with the thought of owning Eberle, Nuge, and Hall: then it may be worth it.
