    Default Need Offense-Trade

I have a stellar D, consisting of Karlsson, Doughty, Campbell,Yandle, Goligoski, and Carlson. But lacking in Offense. There are some good pick ups on the wire, so thinking of doing 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 trades to allow me to pick up one of Roy,Desharnais,Little,Tlusty.

Some guys I was thinking of targeting. Eriksson,J.Neal,Vanek,Semin,Iginla.
Any suggestions I have only came up with one trade.

I offered Yandle and Read for Loui Eriksson?

    My other skaters:

    C: N. Backstrom, M. Koivu, D. Krejci, R. Peverly, M. Granlund
    LW: J. Benn, E. Kane, A. Mcdonald, B. Dubinsky
    RW: M. St. Louis, J. Voracek, R. Callahan, T. Purcell, M. Read
    D: E. Karlsson, D. Doughty, B. Campbell, K. Yandle, A. Goligoski, J. Carlson
    G: P. Rinne, A. Lindback, S. Bobrovsky

Well... sounds like you are just throwing players out in an offer.
Let the other guy choose and you'll have more success.

Say "I'm interested in Eriksson, who would you like in return?".
You can always work your way towards "I'll give you Read and your choice of Yandle, Campbell, or Carlson". (something like that).

But... you have to let the other guy choose.
If you throw players at somebody in an offer, they'll immediately assume that you are throwing them your least valuable player of a group. It kills trade value. Let them tell you what they want.
