    Gimme Voracek here.
Seems like there's little competition for his spot alongside Giroux.

In a one year, Voracek without a doubt. He's in the best situation and plays with one of the best players in the game in a team that's offensively-minded.

I love Ennis and he should be great in a couple of years but for this year, I'd go Voracek without hesitation.

One-year points only, go with Voracek.
(This should be in the one-year forum, though)

For the sake of arguement I'm going to go against the grain and say Ennis.

Voracek has a great situation for sure.. there is no denying that but my arguement for Ennis is that he was lights out at the end of last year, he has proven he has the ability to put up great offensive numbers.

Voracec has a ton of potential but he hasn't done it yet. Playing with Giroux should help his chances to accend but I'm gong to go with Ennis here.

I will say that there is absolutely no doubt Voracek has a higher percieved value at least.

I would go with Voracek here. Playing with Giroux won't hurt his stats.

Give me Voracek, I think they have a similar potential in highs for the season, but I think Voracek has a much better chance to reach said highs, as well as being less of a risk to hit lesser point totals.

Yeah, not sure why everyone is so quick to pick Voracek. Injury could be a concern w/Ennis after his 48 game season last year. But the kid tears shit up when he's out there.

I don't think ya go wrong with either, pretty evenly split. And ya get into periphs like SOG or goal weighted leagues, Ennis wins.

I'm one of the few who doesn't care for Voracek. I think he could do so much more, but he just doesn't have what I like. Ennis seems way more creative and hellbent on finding a way to get points.

I take Ennis here as I don't think Voracek necessarily stays with Giroux.

i was just coming to make this same point.
everybody right now is drooling at the prospect of voracek and giroux lighting things up.
but just because the plan is for voracek to play on giroux's wing and just because it seems like a good fit, well, it doesn't mean that it will be.
it might work out, it might not.
if i had a nickel for every time a player got hyped up because of his potential linemates and the results were disappointing... i would be a rich man.

these two are close, regardless of who they play with, but picking a player on potential linemates can be a gamble.
