I'd take a shot on Hudler having a bounceback campaign this year. Guaranteed top 6 minutes for him in CGY.
So I am over the cap and need to drop 2 players.
I need to shed $11 of cap and this is my situation:
Jagr is $10
Hudler $6
Emery $1.50
So Jagr and Emery are the most logical choices since the amount is enough to put me under cap, BUT I am worried Hudler really will stink it up again and I'll be dropping a 55 point Jagr instead of a 35 point Hudler.
Thoughts?

Not a fan of Hudler at all. He'll get minutes in Calgary but I'm not confident his production will be great. If you have a way to keep Jagr (who should produce close to 50 points in a full season) and drop Hudler, I would do it.
It obviously depends on who that extra player you would drop is.
For what you're paying I would drop Jagr. Hudler will have similar if not better production in my opinion.
I'd drop Jagr & Hudler.
I wouldn't want to drop Jagr, but dropping both of Hudler and Emery doesn't put you under the cap max. So looking at what you have presented the best option to get you under the cap would be to let go of both Jagr and Emery, and hang on to Hudler.
