    Default Pricer's Picks - Week 15

Hope everyone made it to the 2nd (1st for some) round of their playoffs. I've got 4 teams still in the hunt and a bunch more out of it thanks in large part to the Seattle defense. Just brutal.

What's grinding your gears in week 15?

Who do I start for a WR 3 this week: 1 pnt for 20yds, 6 pnts TD and .5 reception

    Hartline, Hawkins, Streeter or Bey?

Cleveland D vs WSH or Carolina D vs SD?
For me it's Hartline or Hawkins. It's real close so go with your gut. If it was my team I would start Hartline at home vs the Jags.

    Thanks Pricer.

    What about Streater for OAK?

    And which D to play?

    I can grab AZ's D as well.

You've been good to me so far. Just set a league record for points in a week last week (in a pool that's been going for 9 years)...here is my lineup and questions in Week 15:

    QB: Newton
RB: Lynch, Martin .....would you consider Moreno @Bal over Lynch @ Buf?
WR: Julios, Thomas, Gordon ....Nelson likely out
    TE: Myers
    Def: Seattle

And not that I listen to all of these "experts"....Yahoo makes some good points...

Often times looks can be deceiving. The Buffalo Bills defense is a prime example. Earlier this year, a one-toed sloth could've crawled his way to 100 yards and a touchdown against Blowffalo. Over its first nine games, 10 running backs scored at least 11 fantasy points against it. But since then, Chan Gailey's base 4-3 has stiffened considerably. Nick Barnett, Marcel Dareus, and Kyle Williams, who ranks second only to Geno Atkins defending the run among down linemen according to Pro Football Focus, have spearheaded the sudden about face. Over the their past four games, the trio has surrendered a mere 3.1 yards per carry and the sixth-fewest fantasy points to running backs. Simply put, don't be swayed by the Bills' No. 28 overall ranking versus the run. Lynch, coming off a monstrous 30-point performances against Arizona, is usually an uncontainable beast. Nearly 60-percent of his 1,271 rushing yards have come after contact. But against opponents stiff up the middle he's often disappointed, evident in his languid efforts against New England and Miami. His balky back is also a concern. If the Bills' gap-attacking ways continue, Lynch could be in line for an unsatisfying day.

I like Arizona better than Cleveland or Carolina. How about St. Louis? Kansas City?

Streater is too unreliable to recommend starting at this point.

I would not start Moreno over Lynch. Lineup look pretty fantastic to me.

I agree that the Buffalo run D is more stout than their rank for the season indicates. in general the three most recent games are a better indication of how a team will play then simply looking at what there rank for the entire season is.

That said I still prefer Lynch. If I lose a playoff game because I started Marshawn Lynch then I am not going to feel bad about it. In the playoffs I generally roll with the studs that got me there. Getting too cute with matchup plays when you could just start your anchor players is generally a bad idea unless they have given us plenty of reasons to not start them (see Larry Fitzgerald).

Lynch is my #4 overall RB this week. Moreno is my 13th. I think Moreno has a fairly high floor, but I cannot recommend starting him over Lynch. In the end you have to go with your gut and what you feel comfortable with. If your gut screams Moreno then go for it. You could end up looking like a genius, but I just don't see it.

Yeah it's PPR, thanks for doing this. I already started Maclin but everyone else is right on par with what I was thinking.
