I'm doing one of those be a GM games on HFboards (I know HF! haha) and I have taken over the Sabres. I was just curious how you see my team and where I need to improve, keep in mind this isn't strictly fantasy, it's all around team!

Well, I've never done it before, but I'm fairly sure we are in the offseason right now, then all the GMs vote on standings (comparing everyone's teams), we do a trade deadline, then I guess final voting, then vote on playoffs (matchup vs matchup), then we have the draft, then another off-season, not sure how long this lasts.
