I don't think there is, if there is it is very poorly executed. Now if they'd said "I'd tell you to eat a bag of dicks but... " then yeah I can see it.
I'd say the coincidence is more of a reflection of a lack of imagination on the part of the person making the comments than it is an example of a systematic application of subversively subtle wit.
