you can buy some on official team sites, but sometimes they do not list Canada as a shipping option. If you email them directly they will probably add the Canada option.

I was trying to purchase a Karlsson Frolunda jersey a couple of years ago from the team site but Sweden uses some sort of "citizen ID number" and it wouldn't let me have them shipped to the States (not sure about Canada). The Euro jerseys are beautiful. If you are looking for Russian ones, try Lutch (the real deal).

I know you can get Frolunda merchandise shipped to the US now. Canada isn't an option though.

That being said, the jerseys have quite a few ads on them.
