I'm thinking Anderson is the way to go but just want to see what everyone thinks.
Who would you rather own Frederik Anderson (ANA) or Michael Houser (FLA) both are good goalies but who is the better bet to have an impact?

It's Andersen (typical Danish surname) and I would go with him for the simple reason that he's further along. Houser will be a long wait. If you want more reasons, I'll give you that Andersen is huge and has already excelled against men in the SEL.
GO WINGS!

Andersen is definitely the better grab here. In fantasy the wait time is a huge factor, especially with goalies where there is only two spots on an NHL roster which can slam the door shut pretty quickly.

Yep, Andersen by a good margin. Like Eric mentioned above, wait time and nearness to the NHL are important for goalies, and Andersen looks to be knocking at the door for a spot. Fasth is on a one-year contract, and Hiller is a UFA after the 2013-14 season. Andersen could backup Hiller in 2013, and potentially take over in 2014.
Houser is the flavor of the week right now, and ya he's a good goalie. He's also signed in Florida who has a certain guy named Markstrom in the way. I also have to think, maybe he wasn't drafted for a reason? There are success stories from undrafted players, sure, especially amongst goalies. But the majority of the time those undrafted players were left untouched for a reason.

Thanks guys, I'll rep all I can. Just picked him up off the ww in a deep 20 team league, I thought he was owned already but he is looking nice on my farm with Holtby, Lack, Visentin and York.
