Have been a fan of Plouffe's since last year especially when Alexi Casilla and Nishioka weren't doing much. I thought he had 20 homer potential if he got enough playing time. I never for once expected a breakout of this magnitude and haven't heard anything about a tweaked swing. It's not an abberation, but at the same time, not 100% sold that he puts up the same pace next year.
I see it as a sell high situation if you can sell him as a shorstop. By the looks of it, he won't qualify next year and will only have 3B/OF eligibility.

Although when I re-evaluate his minor league numbers last year, it does backup that he could put up 30+ homer power next year. Interesting.

I know nothing about Plouffe... but I saw Yahoo! had him as their feature fantasy baseball article with a title that said PLOUFFE, THERE IT IS.
This made me laugh and I instantly wanted him on my fantasy teams!
