I'd go with Mad-Bum despite Moore having a higher upside. Largely because Moore will be facing 3 good hitting teams (Tor, Bos, NYY) pretty often while Mad-Bum will have a much easier schedule. Moreover, Bumgarner is far more proven, while Moore has a lot of developing to do.

I like Jackson's breakout, but not sold he can repeat it next year.
Would rather have Bumgarner as well.
