Default { Trade } Ryan Perry

The Detroit Tigers have acquired Collin Balester from the Washington Nationals in exchange for Ryan Perry.

Fantasy Spin: Perry has always had a great arm and great stuff, but his command isn't where it needs to be. If he works on that, he could be a nice setup man for Drew Storen.

Gonna be a long shot for him with Clippard there.

clippart only has 1 more year of arbitration (i think need to double check) and perry would be a tail end of the bullpen guy now. he is better served with another year in the minors. So as clippart becomes too expensive of a luxury, perry can step up. also teams need 2 set up guys. SP goes 6, then you have a 7th, 8th and 9th guy. if your starter does not go 6 you have a high chance of it not being a close game.
