Torn Ulnar Collateral Ligament.
There goes one of my closers. Guerrier, Rauch are whom I heard are in line for saves, but don't forget Pat Neshek.
MRI should be available by tommorow ( Tuesday) gotta feeling he's going on DL for a long time, but hoping for the best.

i keep hearing that Mijares might get the job but i've got to think that Rauch is the better bet.
Probably, if I'm not mistaken Mijares is a lefty, and don't see many lefty closers. Rauch has closing experience as well, but rumour has it the Twins have contacted the Jays on Jason Frasor.
So is he gone for the season or worth stashing on the DL?

If you have a spot on your bench available for Nathan, do it! He still may pitch this year, doubtful but you never know!
My gamble did not pay off in the experts league. Boo hoo hoo
I'm glad my drafts are closer to the start of the season so any potential injuries that might happen during the spring will be dealt with and replacements are in the works.
One strategy I might employ this season is instead of drafting a closer, try to trade for a guy who is entrenched in the position at some point during the season.
That strategy might not work either, but it's difficult to pay for saves when only a few are sure things....even less now that Nathan's on the shelf for the year.
