Doing a 2-1, advice please

I have a pretty good pitching rotation and am looking for a solid all-around hitter who will hit 300

Ethier seems to be a good fit and i have these 2 offers

Webb for Oswalt and Ethier

or

Webb for Liriano and Ethier

What do you guys think?

I\'d like to know what the rest of your line-up is to see if the SP downgrade is worth it, but Liriano still has the potential to be sick, so I\'d say you could do it and sleep well at night.

Ethier too hitting 3rd in front of Manny could be sick.

some of my other starters are

Shields, Wainwright, Myers, Scherzer, R.Johnson, Parra, Maholm

along with a very good core of closers.

If its me I offer Myers for Ethier....and leave liriano for someone else. Hasn\'t proven anything, I\'m not a fan of huge hype. yes ya got to take risks...but Webb is the most consistent winning pitcher in the game. Ethier in my mind you can find elsewhere...

If you\'re in a keeper league, you definitely do this deal.

After Liriano\'s rough start last year, he was sent to the minors to find his control. Once the Twins were satisfied that he found his control, they called him up and he didn\'t disappoint. 2.74 ERA, 1.19 WHIP.

Those are some pretty good numbers if you ask me. Those numbers were in line with Webb, if not a tad better.

Add to that you\'re getting a hitter who apparently has a full time gig, and has a chance to hit 25+ HR, makes this a no brainer for me.
