    Default Smith vs Pens?

The Pens have been going off lately, however Smith is (almost) always a strong start...I'm really torn on this one...What does any one else plan to do with him tonight?

his last two starts were very mediocre, borderline bad - to be expected after a blistering hot month.

im torn because (1) its beginning of the week (if you have a mon-sun sched like me) and its too early to choose and pick matchups
    (2) hes come back to earth a bit and the pens are a devastating home team.

if it were me, id play safe and bench him.... especially because ur best goalie (quick) has got 4 games this week

Although I'm not a huge supporter of sitting goalies at the beginning of the week, I agree with soconfused.

Phoenix also has a 4 game schedule this week and their other matchups - CBJ, MIN, and SJ - are more favorable than PIT at home.
