Gotta go with Luongo here. Canucks are going to be an elite team for a while and since you dont really have any of the peripheral stats, makes it an easy choice over Smith.

As much as I would love to spout on and on about what I believe to be the "Dave Tippett Effect" playing in Phoenix has on goaltenders, and how it increases their value dramatically, I'm going to go with the safe play here and say that you've gotta keep Luongo.

Since you only count W/SHO/OTL/SOL, you want to go with the goaltender who plays on the superior team - in this case that's Roberto Luongo by quite a considerable margin.
