Default Prospect Goalie for next year

    Dynasty team in sig.

I'm looking for a prospect goalie that could step in as early as next year.
    I am thinking between these:
    Lehner, Salak, Hackett, Lack

If Schneider gets moved in the offseason, Lack becomes backup.
Lehner will fight Bishop for the #2 in OTT. Murray said Lehner would be backup prior to his poor season and the Bishop trade.
    Salak could step up.
Hackett could be #2 with Harding RFA and could be moved.

There are others out there like the TB goalie system, Visentin, Poulin, Theissen, and Desjardins, but keyed on those 4.

I only have later round picks in next years draft so will drop or trade out someone come our deadline to pick up this G.

    Who'd you go with?
    DYNASTY Cap(127M) 12 Team
    G, A, PIM(.1), positive +/- D only, W(2), SO(2), OTL(1)
23 + 4 IR + 7 prospects (locked in for season if under 200 GP)
    Start: 11F, 5D, 2G - 82 games each slot

F: Crosby, Malkin, Aho, Rantanen, Batherson, Boldy, Kempe, Pavelski, Duchene, Hagel, Frost [Duclair, Farabee, Jenner]
D: Fox, Karlsson, Hamilton, Letang, Montour
    IR:
    G: Sorokin, Kuemper[Husso, Kochetkov]

P: Stankoven, Tomasino, Vilardi, Sanderson, York, Zellweger, Wahlstrom
    Roster Cap Breakdown

    DYNASTY Cap (110M) 12 Team 2
    G, A, PIM(.1), Positive +/- D only(0.5), Hattie(3), W(2), SO(3), OTL(1)

If you're looking for more impact next year, Salak is your best bet IMO. That's no disrespect to the others at all, they're all great young goaltenders.

I like Hackett here. Showed no fear when he was up and put up great #'s. I can't imagine Harding signing back in Min- at very least he would want to play somewhere he can make more starts and impact.

I see Hackett up full time as backup and the future starter there.

Another guy is Bachman - if he is available, already up as Lehtonen's backup in DAL - with Lehtonen's injury history, I would gamble that Bachman will make a bunch of starts.

    good luck

Harding is UFA and will most likely move

Sorry. Yes he is UFA. Looked at the wrong year bracket on Capgeek.

And yes, Bachman is not taken and could be a good option.

Lehner got taken, so i'm leaning on Hackett and Salak right now. Bachman a great plan B.
