Need goalies
Hi guys,
Next year, there will be plenty of good goalies avaiable in my pool. I'm looking for % and wins. I need a good stud for a 3 years deal and another one for a 1 year deal. I have Cory Schneider signed for 4 more years in my team. We don't use the NHL salary, we are betting on each player with our salaries and have a 60M cap space.
Here's the choices and my evaluation of each choices.
Thomas: Great goalie... but not for a 3 year deal !!! Will cost too much for only 1 year.
Rask: My 1st choice. Maybe not perfectly ready but will be a very good goalie and play for a great team. (so many wins...)
Anderson: That goalie probably will have the better score on wins... but his % are often frightning !!!
Kipper: Getting old, maybe my choise for a 1 year deal.
Vokoun: UFA at the end of the year... Risky choice !
Mike Smith: Had a very good year... but I don't think he will be that good next one.
Backstrom: Not bad, but I think he have some hip problem...may be #2 next year behind harding.
There's also: Theodore, Harding, Brodeur, and Bishop (like bishop for a long shot !!!)
What's your 2 choices on theeses ones ???
