Trade Letang? Will give rep for advice

I am in first out of 16 so far, we keep 5 players in this league, I think it's the second team in my sig. I was shopping Letang since I'm trying to stay in first and also have Ehrhoff out now. My team is pretty stacked at D with Lidstrom, Kronwall, Campbell. I have Nikitin and Stralman filling in for now. So question is wait for Letang's return or not? I've been offered Duncan Keith or Keith Yandle already.

G, A, +/-, PPG, PPA, SHG, SOG, Hat Trick, Hits, PIMs, also .5 point bonus for Defenseman goals

I haven't heard anything of late of letangs situation...if you are shopping letang and you're in first I would definitely take yandle for letang for that push.

Both healthy, I wouldn't but Yandle is still a keeper D and considering Letang is on IR you are trading off for short term gain to keep you in 1st.

I read today Letang was skating really hard at practice and should be taking contact by the end of the week. I think he'll be back in about 2 weeks. I would hold on to him.

Yea id hold him. Yandle is tempting but doesn't post greatest peripherals.

Definitely hang on to Letang. His return is imminent (or so I've heard). Letang's peripherals beat out Yandle's by a large margin.

I'd take a chance on Letang. He was a monster even when Crosby was out. 19 points, 10ppp in 22 games. averaging about 3 shots and slightly under 2 hits a game. He achieved almost what Yandle and Keith did in twice the number of games. Not that Letang would have kept up the same pace but thats just the amount of talent he has over them.

Hold onto him. He started skating, and wil be counted on heavily to assist with scoring with Staal and Crosby out. Neal is there, but he'll be battling that bone bruise the rest of the year.

Thanks for all of the feedback guys, it's cool to have a second opinion and more. I will just hang on to him. If it was playoff time, I'd pull the trigger. More rep coming up, I gave all I can today.

I would look to deal Ehrhoff away.
(So did I, when owning both of them a week ago)

Yeah that would have been the best option, no offers on him yet.

I would hang onto Letang (rather than a 1 for 1) but why not see if you could package Letang and Erhoff together. What other D could you get from the Keith or Yandle owners. This might make a trade more appealing.
